Hi @ll,

mal eine Frage an die Kalender-Spezies unter Euch. Ist es möglich eine Besprechung im Hochformat auszudrucken und das so einzustellen, dass nichts abgeschnitten wird?
Meine Nutzer haben nachgefragt, da sie sonst die Termine immer im Querformat ausdrucken müßten und das etwas umständlich ist.

ich denke mal das läßt sich nur über die Gestaltung der entsprechenden Maske regeln.

Information is truncated when printing or previewing a Calendar entry

Problem
In the Calendaring & Scheduling feature of Notes/Domino many customers like to print specific meeting entries so that the agenda or description of the meeting can be taken to meetings.

When you attempt to print or preview a calendar entry in Notes 6.x and Notes 7.x some of the information on the right side (second column) of information may be truncated. Specifically the information for the Chair, Where (Location, Rooms, Resources and Online settings) and Categorize entries may be truncated. 
 
Solution
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# PMOL5B8TX7, and was fixed in Domino 6.5.5 and Domino 7.0.1. Note: This issue is fixed only when printing or previewing a document opened in Read mode
