in einem agent hab ich ausgewählt das er alle neuen dokumente und veränderten dokumente in die andere datenbank kopieren soll - insgesamt 116 dokumente mit jeweils 2-4mb.

er kopiert auch, aber nicht die neuen und veränderten sondern alle nochmal neu - immer wieder kopiert er die schon bereits vorhanden dokumente mit.

desweiteren soll diese copy-funktion immer am montag ab 01:00uhr loslaufen.

ich setzte den agent auf dienstag ab 21uhr - zwecks zeitverschiebung aufm server im amiland. um 21uhr sollte er loslegen zu kopieren. ich komm auf arbeit seh nach - nix, wieso kopiert der nicht?  :(

Yoo,

neue & geänderte Dokumente gelten nur für den Agenten. Wenn Du einen Agenten manuell startest, sind erst mal alle Dokumente neu (werden also kopiert). Dies macht nur Sinn, wenn DU einen periodischen Agenten hast.

zu 2.:
Läuft der Agent denn überhaupt an oder kopiert nur nicht?

also immer wenn ich manuell starte - denkt der die dokumente sind neu?  ::)

das weiß ich nicht ob er anläuft - hattes ja um 21uhr eingestellt da hab ich schon geschlummert  ;) und kopiert war nix

nun hab ich nochmal 6h zurückgerechnet und fürn test den agent laufen lassen - nix  >:(

Yoo,

IMHO ja. Hatte selber schon mal das Problem.

Schau doch mal im Agent-Protokoll nach, ob der Agent gelaufen ist.
Sonst ist es sinnig noch einmal zu prüfen ob, da der Agent wohl auf dem Server laufen soll, Signierer des Agenten in der Konfiguration des Servers eingetragen ist.  ;)

Wenn du im DesignerClient den Agenten mit der RechtenMaustaste anklickst, kannst du folgende Optionen auswählen:

- Starten
- Testen
- Aktivieren
- Protokoll

Weiss ja nicht ob du weisst , wo du das AgentProtokoll findest.

ich hab dem ami schon zahlreiche notes geschrieben er soll den für mich signieren - und nun meldet er sich nimmer. liegts dann also daran das der nich kopiert?

wenn du ihn per Hand startest,
erhältst du eine Fehlermeldung ???

Du kannst ja den DebugLotusScript einschalten.
Menüleiste \Datei\Extra\DebugLotusScript

wenn ich ihn per hand starte dann kopiert er alle dokumente neu, nicht wie angegeben nur die neuen und modifizierten  ...

ich hab den agent nun auf sonntag 23uhr gestellt gehabt weil ich der meinung war dasses diesmal funktioniert. doch wieder diese fehlermeldung:

Yoo,

das Prob ist, das versuchst die Dokumente in eine andere DB eines anderen Servers zu schieben!!

Ein Serveragent darf nicht auf DB's eines anderen Servers zugreifen.

Lösungsvorschlag:

Erstelle eine Replik auf dem Server auf dem der Agent läuft, kopiere die Dokumente und repliziere dann mit dem entfernten Server!

ich habe jetzt nix verändert - sprich; es läuft noch nach den einstellungen wie vorher und ich erhalte diese meldung:

ist der jetzt gelaufen oder wie?

gelaufen ist er schon, aber er hat wohl keine Dokumente gefunden, die er kopieren soll.
Daher kommt er auch nicht auf die Fehlermeldung  :'(

Versuchs mal mit der Replic, änder den Agent entsprechend und setz ihn neu auf ... dann schaun mer mal ...

es waren anscheinend keine neuen dokumente da - denn jetzt hab ich zum test in der einen db ein dokument erstellt - wo dann folgendes kam:

so es geht wieder nicht das ich mich zu entschieden hab diese replik zu machen

das problem ist, ich bin nur noch 2monate hier - dann würde ich von meinem laptop diese lokale db wieder löschen ist ja unnötiger speicherplatz (nur 4GB festplatte)

wenn ich die löschen würde, wäre der agent doch futsch - gibbet nich noch ne andere möglichkeit? ::)

nach langen versuchen mit oder ohne replik, das warten auf die serverrecht und hin und her hat es nun geklappt .... mit ner replik :)
