Zugriffskontrolliste ist beschädigt!!!

Habe folgendes Problem:
Bei einer Mitarbeiterin kommt die Fehlermeldung: "Zugriffskontrolliste ist beschädigt" wenn man Lotus öffnen will. Kennt jemand das Problem?

Lösung aus der Knowledge Base:

Error: "Access Control List is Corrupted"

Problem:

A customer attempts to check something in the Access Control List (ACL) and the following error message occurs:

"Access Control List is Corrupted."

Solution:

To fix this, the administrator should try the following:

1.   Run FIXUP, COMPACT and UPDALL -r on the database.

If the ACL still fails, try one of the following:

2.   Create a new replica of the database without replicating the ACL selection.
3.   Use a backup copy of the database.
4.   Create a new copy of the database.  NOTE:  This copy of the database will have a different replica ID from the original.

Supporting Information:

If you cannot make a new replica copy of the database after the ACL is corrupt. try the following, which has been known to solve this problem:

(The database was still accessible from the server)

1.   Create a new mail database from the same template as the user's mail database.
2.   Copy all of the messages from Sent, Inbox, and all folders to the respective locations in the new database.
3.   Change the user's Person document in the NAB to reflect the new mail database change.
4.   Add the user to the ACL of the new database.
5.   Set the correct server as Manager of the database.
6.   Send a test message from another user to confirm correct mail routing.
7.   Modify the Calendar Profile to match the old mail database.
8.   Remove the old mail file from the server and local copy (if one exists).
