Problem
The work week (5-day) and monthly (31-day) view formats of the Notes R5 Calendar are difficult to read and print. Due to the size of the panes for each day, the calendar entry descriptions are often truncated.
For a five day view, most of the entries appear properly; however, if the Subject for the entry is long then it truncates.
In the month view only the times for Meetings and Appointments appear, and All Day Event and Reminder descriptions are blank except for their identifying icon.
Solution
To view the entire meeting subject and time of the truncated calendar entries in either of these view formats, slide your mouse over the entry; the entire description appears in a pop up box above the entry.
An enhancement request, to make the calendar entries more readable (for example, by placing the Subject for each appointment, reminder or meeting below its time slot), has been submitted to Lotus Quality Engineering.
