Die neuen Mails erscheinen nicht in der Inbox

Hallo Leute

Ich habe da ein kleines Problem. Wenn ich Mails bekomme, sind sie bei mir nur unter "all documents" und nicht in der Imbox sichtbar .
Ich habe schon denn versuch gemacht mit dem löschen vom Cache.dsk und einen Replace Design vom Mail Template. Hat aber leider nicht sehr viel gebracht. Ich hoffe das jemand mir weiter helfen kann. Gruss und danke nopps

Problem Lösung: New Mail Does Not Show Up in $Inbox but Shows Up in "All Documents" View

Problem:

New mail is not showing up in the Inbox in a Notes 5.x mail file.  However, the messages are displaying in the All Documents view.

Solution:

This problem has been known to happen if more than one ($Inbox) exists in the mailfile.  A consistently reproducible scenario has not yet been determined describing why this can occur.  The likely reason is due to replication and an improper update to the ($Inbox) folder on one of the replicas.

1.      Go to Domino Designer and open the mail database.
2.      Check if there is more than one $Inbox folder.

Caution:  Beware that when the $Inbox folder is deleted (as is recommended in the next step), users will lose documents that are in the $Inbox.  They should move the documents in the $Inbox folder to another folder (for example, Testfolder), and then delete the $Inbox, and replace design as specified to have only one $Inbox.  Then, move the documents in Testfolder back to $Inbox.

3.      If there are multiple $Inbox folders, delete them all.
4.      Replace the design with the server template.

ich dachte mal so btw (dein prob ist ja glücklicherweise gelöst) daß es sich um ein 4.6er Prob handelt. Gab es da auch schon diesen Bug??? Nur mal so aus Interesse? Weil Du hast aus der Support DB das Problem von R5 zitiert.

Ja das Problem gab es auch schon unter 4.6.5 , hatte es aber nur 2 mal (bis jetzt) . Meistens ist es bei irgend welchen fummeleien auf dem Domino Server passiert. Ich nehme an, das da, dass Backup mitgespielt hat. (nur so eine Vermutung).

das ist ein altes 4.x Problem. Die mail46.ntf
auf dem Server ist Platt. Wenn du eine saubere
hast einspielen und load design eingeben wenn alle
Mail Datenbanken betroffen sind oder bei dem User
Schablone wechseln und Gestaltung aktualisieren.
Sei aber vorsichtig wenn du keine Standardschablone
hast alles wird auf die neue mail46.ntf geändert.
