Hi,

ich schon wieder. Ein User meldet, dass ein externer Kunde, der an ihn mails senden möchte folgenden Failure Report zurückbekommt:

Enhanced Mail System Status Code (RFC1893) 4.2.0

Zur Info: Bevor die Mails unser Notes System erreichen werden sie von einem Sendmail relayed. Die Meldung wird aber aus Notes generiert.

Das einzige was ich dazu gefunden habe ist das:

4.X.X Persistent Transient Failure
A persistent transient failure is one in which the message as
sent is valid, but some temporary event prevents the successful
sending of the message. Sending in the future may be successful.

Wisst ihr vielleicht mehr darüber??
