I am searching for a 64bit version of ACLSet that has been around for many years !
I have been seraching alot, even to locate the executable itself.

Running it on my 64bit which I cannot boot as Win32, I get this message trying:
the program was unable to start correctly 0xc0000007B
And I have tried the obvious, to run it all the former emulation modes available, since Windows 98.
Anyone having a compiled 64bit version ? Or even the source code ?

For what purpose do you need the program?
Maybe it would be easier to look for an alternative solution ...

Well, I am locked out for some of my older Templates/Databases that I have made in my various roles.
These are not Encrypted, though.
I believe you indicate I just need to mount the NotesData to my Notes Client - outside of my server - and then just assign ACL as necessary ?

Haven't tried that, yet. I could even just process these using LSS and do the same.

Is this what you indicate ?

The easiest way would be to use the AdminClient and FullAdminAccess on the server.
Not clear to me, which Domino version you are using.
Even with a tool, you would need appropriate access to the ACL if uniform ACL is set on the database.

Is it only for a handful of databases? If so, and if you don‘t mind, put them into a zip file and let me download the zip. I could then try to „unlock“ the ACL on my server or with my YTRIA tools.

Yet another way. Write a LS agent and run it in the server context. Set the -Default- entry to manager. Then you should be able to access the ACL and change it to your needs.

Found the one who developed this ! He is now chairman for our NotesNet (Denmark) forum: Jacob Majkilde 
I got it working, using command line from the Notes DATA directory.
So, case closed
