Hallo,

wir migrieren gerade von Domino 9 nach 11.
In der Server Console erhalten wir bei zwei Mail Server die oben genannte Meldung (bei fast allen MailDBs).
Ich habe hier DAOS im Verdacht. Eine Neuanlage des Catalogs und ein resysnc haben nichts gebracht.
Der Zugriff auf die Mailfiles scheint problemlos zu funktionieren. Keine weiteren Fehler bisher.
Hat jemand eine Idee was die Fehlermeldung mir sagen will?

Es scheint am DAOS zu hängen.
Es werden keine neuen NLOs angelegt und bei neu eingehenden Mails mit Attachment kommt die Meldung.

ich habe das in einem alten IBM Artikel gefunden:
Q14: What is the maximum number of NLO files that DAOS can support? Also, if it exceeds the maximum, will there be any error?
A14: DAOS can support 40,000 NLO files in one subdirectory and 1,000 subdirectories, so you can add a total of 40,000,000 NLO files.
If this maximum is exceeded, when the Lotus Notes client saves a document with an attachment, the attachment data is saved in the database along with the document information. No error is displayed on the client, but the following error is printed on the server indicating that it could not be added as an NLO file.

Ist ein Windows Server.
In den drei Unterordnern DAOS\0001-0003 liegen jeweils 40000 nlo Dateien.
Müsste der DAOS Prozess nicht einfach einen neuen Ordner anlegen?
Auf dem Clusterpartner sind es 10 Ordner, teilweise leer.
Gibt es einen Befehl oder notes.ini Eintrag mit dem man die Anzahl der Ordner steuert?
