Volt muss extra lizensiert werden?

Finde es insgesamt schade, dass das Thema nicht pauschal in die Notes/Domino-Lizenz aufgenommen wurde.
Hiermit ergeben sich sehr viele neue und moderne Möglichkeiten, die Webentwicklung und Prozesserstellung unter Domino wieder höchst attraktiv machen.
Das zusätzliche lizensieren und dann auch noch bei dem Preis wird viele davon abhalten, näher an dem Thema zu schnuppern.
Hier sollte HCL mal ein wenig mitdenken und ggf. ein Jahr gratis anbieten zum antesten.
Aktuell gab es eine gute E-Mail, wo darauf hingearbeitet wird, Unternehmen an Volt heranzuführen durch Gratis-Erstanwendung durch HCL.
Aber hier müsste vorher auf anderer Ebene preislich was getan werden (in meinen Augen).

Sehe ich ähnlich.

Nicht nur preislich, sondern auch marketingtechnisch erfahre ich persönlich, dass der eigene Standpunkt nicht unbedingt einfacher zu vertreten ist, wenn jetzt noch ein "zustätzliches Produkt" * lizenziert werden muss.

*Ich freue mich schon auf Aussagen wie: "Sharepoint kann auch Formulare und da ist das schon dabei"

HCL täte gut daran vom Wettbewerb im Bereich LowCode Plattformen sich etwas abzuschauen und einfache Workflow Anwendungen gleich mit VOLT/Domino auzuliefern.

Mir fallen da folgende Einsatzszenarien ein:

- Mitarbeiter On/OfBoarding
- Reisekostenabrechnung
- Ticketsystem
- Urlaubsantrag \ Krankmeldungen ...
