Traveler und iOS, Versand von Mails mit Anhängen

Hallo,

wir haben noch einen Domino 9.0.1 FP10 mit einem Traveler 9.0.1.21 (Update auf 11 ist in Planung).
Jetzt hat sich ein Benutzer gemeldet, der keine E-Mail mit Anhang >500 KB.
Darauf hin habe ich die Einstellungen im Serverdokument geprüft, da stehen an den entsprechenden Stellen 10 MB drin, aber in der Traveler DB sind die DEvice Settings auf dem Höchstwert von 500 KB eingestellt.
Kann man das erhöhen?
Ich will nicht glauben, dass das heutzutage die Obergrenze sein soll.

Hat jemand eine Lösung, wie die Benutzer größere Anhänge senden können?

Stell den Wert ruhig etwas höher, klar geht das.
Hier steht es derzeit auf 4MB, ich bin mir aber sicher auch schon größere Anhänge bekommen und testweise geöffnet zu haben.

Es sind zwei Felder, ich meinte das "Maximum Email Attachment Size Allowed - Administrator".

Unabhängig davon habe ich mal kurz getestet und konnte trotz der Einstellungen lt. Screenshot problemlos eine >6MB Garage Band Datei mit dem iPad versenden und beantworten, sowohl mit Verse als auch mit dem nativen Client. Da sich noch nie Nutzer darüber beschwert haben scheint der Traveler das hier (warum auch immer) nicht so genau damit zu nehmen.

Maximum email Attachment Size Allowed - Administrator
Deprecated Specify the maximum combined size of all attachments in a document that can be synced to a device. This size is an administrator setting that Notes client users cannot change.
Note: This setting only applies to the deprecated Windows Mobile and Symbian OS based Nokia devices. The HCL Traveler server no longer requires an artificial limit to be placed on attachment size for other devices.
Default: 4000 KB

mail Attachment Size
Automatically download file attachments smaller than this size. For Android devices, this setting also applies to embedded email images.
Default: 100 KB

Daraus:
Any internal network infrastructure, such as firewalls or proxy servers, may also have limits on HTTP POST or data sizes. These limits are outside the control of the HCL Traveler service and customers should confer with their network teams to investigate if any such limits are in place.

All devices have HTTP request timeouts. For some devices, this timeout can be as long as five minutes. If posting the data takes longer than the device's timeout, the device itself may terminate the transaction. This can happen with a slower network connection. All parts of the network including proxies and firewalls should allow HTTP requests that may take this long or longer.

Fragen:
1. Ist nur ein Benutzer davon betroffen?
2. Verwendet er die iOS Verse App oder ein Exchange Konto und die native Mail App?
