iOS 13 und Traveler Profile ILNT.mobileconfig

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine Frage zum Notes Traveler. Wir setzen die Domino Version 9.0.1 FP 4 ein und nutzen die interne Mail App von unseren iphones.
Bis iOS 12.1.4 konnte ich nach Download das Profil unter den Einstellungen des iPhones nach Download installieren, aber bei iOS 13 fehlt nun diese Einstellung. Die ILNT.Mobileconfig wird herunter geladen und ich kann Sie in den Dateien auch ablegen.

Ich habe in den Einstellungen auch keine Möglichkeit gefunden wie ich die mobileconfig öffnen kann, da keine Anwendung zugeordent ist. Hat das von Euch jemand ohne IBM Verse schon mit iOS 13 eingerichtet?

Wir haben nächste Woche eine Umfirmierung vor uns mit neuer Email Adresse etc... ich muss alle Smartphones umstellen und brauch hier irgendwie eine Lösung, da ich lt. meinem Kenntnisstand das Profil aufgrund des dann anderen Absenders anpassen muss.

"When a mobile user on an Apple device accesses the IBM Traveler user home page and selects the Configure your Apple iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch link, a page prompts the user to generate an Apple profile. When the user does so, the profile data from traveler\cfg\client\Apple.xml is converted to the file ILNT.mobileconfig and automatically downloaded to the Apple device. When the Apple device detects a download of a file with the extension .mobileconfig, it automatically starts the installation of the profile."

habe ich vergessen zu schreiben stimmt

Traveler: IBM Traveler 9.0.1.20 Build 201711091501_20

Das mit der Automatischen Installation kenne ich, das war bis zu irgendeiner iOS Version so, dann musste das Profil aus den Einstellungen installiert werden, aber zumindest wurde es als profile schon abgelegt.
Mit iOS 13 kann ich jetzt nur noch die mobileconfig runterladen und das wars...

Daraus:
"Apple iOS 10, 11 and 12 are supported by Traveler 10.0.0.0 and later. Apple iOS 13 is supported by Traveler 10.0.1.1 or later."

Dann weiß ich was ich noch zu tun hab  ...

ich nehme an das für Traveler 10.0.1.1 auch ein Domino 10 notwendig ist?

Traveler 10.0 and later running in standalone mode may be installed on any of the following:

    Domino 10.0.x Enterprise Server
    Domino 10.0.x Messaging Server
    Domino 9.0.1 Enterprise Server
    Domino 9.0.1 Messaging Server
     

Traveler 10.0 and later running in high availability mode is only licensed to run on and may only be installed on the following:

    Domino 10.0.x Enterprise Server
    Domino 9.0.1 Enterprise Server

Hallo Jacob,

danke für den Hinweis, habe ich überblättert muss ich ehrlicherweise gestehen.

Meine Registrierung bei HCL läuft, dann sollte ich auch an die Sourcen kommen.

In diesem Fall bleibt mir zumindest ein Server Update noch erspart...
