Server aus Monitoring - Liste entfernen

Das ist ein sehr interessanter Ansatz. Tatsächlich enthält die Ansicht "($MonitorProfiles)" die Systemprofiles mit aktuellen Änderungsdaten. Man kann den Inhalt der Serverliste ändern. Ich habe die Liste geändert und sicherheitshalber den Client komplett neu gestartet.

Leider ändert das nicht die im Admin-Client gemonitorten Server. Die nicht mehr existierenden Server bleiben vorhanden und nach Schließen des Admin-Clients wurden die obigen Profile wieder überschrieben.

Problem

 In the Domino® Administrator client, the list of servers found in the Monitoring tab includes servers that no longer exist in the domain's Domino Directory.  Performing a 'Refresh Server List' from the Administration menu has no affect on the servers that are monitored. How can this list be cleaned up?


Solution

The default profile view is 'All Servers' (in the Administrator Client via Server tab > Monitoring tab > Monitoring Profile header).  This view is refreshed when you select the 'Refresh Server List' from the Administration menu.  Custom profiles will not automatically be refreshed and can be modified after monitoring is enabled by right-clicking on the server name to remove it from the list.

Ensure the $Servers view in the Domino Directory is current.  This can be done at the Domino server console by running the command:   load updall names.nsf -T "($Servers)" -R

If this does not resolve the issue, the next step is to delete the servers from the $MonitorProfiles view. 
In the Notes® client, right-click on the local DomAdmin.nsf icon.  While holding Ctrl+Shift keys down, select "Database", "Go To" and choose $MonitorProfiles.  In this view, delete the documents with the associated servers and shut down the client. When you re-open the Domino Administrator, restart the server monitoring.  The old servers should not be listed anymore.

Supporting Information
In one case, the above measures only temporarily removed the decommissioned servers from the list.  It was discovered that the old servers appeared in certain groups.  Once removed from the groups and recreating DomAdmin.nsf, the lists remained updated.

Vielen Dank auch für diesen Tipp. Das hatte ich schon zum Start dieses Threads ohne Erfolg versucht.

Mein letzter Schritt war die lokale bookmark.nsf zu löschen. Die wird dann ja wieder neu erstellt, was aber immer ziemlich nervig ist, weil ja Links, die Toolbar-Leiste usw. neu erstellt werden müssen. Aber jetzt funktioniert es unerklärlicher weise und die alten Server sind weg! Vielleicht hätte es genügt das Outline 'AdminBookmarkOrder' zu editieren, das hatte ich zuvor nicht geprüft.
