Thema ist abgeschlossen.

Der Fehler war "Zitat":
If you copy the unlimited jurisdiction policy files to the jre/lib/security/ directory of the SDK, the files are used by default, but they are also overwritten when you upgrade the SDK. To continue using the files, put them in a directory outside the default installation directory for the SDK etc...  
  Hatten wir natürlich nicht gemacht.

Ich habe die beiden Dateien nun im Websphere ersetzt und "Ping" , wurden die Mails in Connections wieder angezeigt.

NEIN, das gilt noch immer. Für 4096 bit keys musst Du den oben beschrieben "fix" anwenden.

Kann ich nur bestätigen, hatte ich grad aktuell bei nem Kunden.
