Hallo ...,
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21204403QuestionWhen opening a mail file in the Lotus Notes Calendar view, there are meetings that do not display even though you know the meetings were set up and accepted. The meetings display correctly in the Meetings view.
When you check the fields in one meeting document, the CalendarDateTime field is missing.
CauseThis situation occurs because of two-way synching with a PDA. When a meeting document is synched down to a PDA, many of the fields created by Notes/Lotus Domino can be altered or removed. A one-way sync from the mail file to the PDA keeps the field from being removed.
AnswerYou can replace the CalendarDateTime field in these meeting entries by creating a formula agent.
Example:
1. In Lotus Domino, from the Create menu, select Agent --> Options --> Shared.
2. In Runtime, select On Event.
In the first drop-down menu, select "Action menu selection."
In the Target drop-down menu, select "All selected documents."
3. In the pull-down menu, change the agent type from "Simple action(s)" to Formula.
4. In the body of the agent, place the following:
FIELD CalendarDateTime:= STARTDATETIME ;
SELECT @All
5. Open the mail file to the Meetings view and select a meeting that is missing from the Calendar.
6. From the Actions menu, select and run the agent you created. That meeting will be added to the Calendar.
Vielleicht passt es ja.
