Frage zu Profilen- CalenderProfil, iNotesProfil

Mir hilft schonmal die Aussage, dass man einen Agenten mit LotusScript erstellen muß weiter- heißt in diesem Fall wirklich Finger Weg.

So, nachdem ich beim Support nochmal nachgefragt hatte, kam das hier:
Thanks for your response and if I understand you very well, it appears you
want to know the basic steps to delete profile documents. Please follow the
following steps;

(1) In Notes Client, go to New Memo and Click on the body, then go to
Create >Hotspot > Button

(2) Give a name to the button say 'ClickMe' and close the property window.

(3) Now in the programming window, from the drop down box, select 'Lotus
Script' instead of 'Formula'.

(4) Paste the following code in the 'Click' event of the button. (Always
paste the code between 'Sub' and 'End Sub' words.)

 Dim session As New NotesSession
 Dim doc As NotesDocument
 Set doc=session.currentdatabase.getprofiledocument("CalendarProfile")
 If Not doc.isnewnote Then Call doc.remove(True)
 If doc Is Nothing Then
  MsgBox "Calendar Profile document was successfully removed"
  else
  MsgBox "Calendar Profile was not removed"
  End if

(5) Now click anywhere in the body of the mail outside the programming
window so that the programming window will close and leave a button

(6)  Send this new memo to the affected user and ask him to click on the
button to delete the Profile. If the profile is deleted, the user should
see the message as 'Profile document is successfully removed."

NOTE
1). For iNotes profile, just replace the "CalendarProfile" with
"iNotesProfile" in the script.
2). In your mail file do not click on this button, otherwise your own
profile will get deleted.
3). This will not delete the Calendar documents itself (meeting documents)
but will affect thing like mail rules (if any) as user needs to enabled it
again while the iNotes profile will affect some
      user settings in the iNotes Preferences like the signature,
delegations and host of others because these iNotes preferences settings
will reset to default.
4). Please note that a new profile documents (calendar and iNotes) will be
created as user logs into his iNotes mail file.

DAS ist doch mal ne Antwort, wie ich sie mir wünsche- Klare Anweisungen, was gemacht werden soll, wo, wann warum, was mit was ersetzt wird, damit was anderes rauskommt, und sowas wollte ich eigentlich haben...

woher sollten wir wissen, dass er/sie eine englische Anleitung suchte.

Sonst haben wir immer Neulinge, die englische Infos nicht verstehen.

Mir doch egal ob die Anleitung in englisch oder deutsch ist, ich habe nur die blöde Technote nicht verstanden- da war diese Anleitung SO! nicht drin.
Anstatt mir aber mit so einer Anleitung weiterzuhelfen, wurde ich nur wieder auf die Technote verwiesen!
Das Problem behoben hat aber weder das Löschen des Calenderprofils noch des iNotes-Profils.

Hat noch jemand der Experten eine Idee wie man dem User helfen kann?
Im Client läuft alles glatt, aber sobald der User im iNotes einen Termin mit Attachement hat, sieht er die Infos zu Ort, Uhrzeit usw. nicht mehr, sondern ein leeres Formblatt. Die Attachments sind dann auch an dem Termin nicht mehr sichtbar, geschweige denn zu öffnen.
Solange der Termin mit Attachments als bloße Einladung im iNotes-Kalender sind, ist auch noch alles ok, aber sobald der Kollege die annimmt, wird der Termin zerstört. Betrifft nur iNotes und nur Termine mit Anhängen.
wie gesagt: fixup, compact, updall schon gemacht, Firefox 3.5.11 und Notes 8.5.2 FP3- betrifft nur diesen einen User und sein Firefox-Profil ist auch ok!
