So, ich konnte die Anwendung nun fertig stellen.
Mit "NotesDatabase.UnprocessedDocuments" hat es gut funktioniert.
Obwohl die "PickListCollection " doch wohl sauberer wäre (da hat  Toni schon recht).
Noch einmal Danke für die Unterstützung.
