Hallo ...,
hier ein lustiger BUG zu deiner Frage
Problem
You enable the Out of Office service on a Domino 8.x server. Some users with Editor access to their mail file receive the following reminders to disable their Out of Office agent:
"Please disable the Out-of-Office agent by selecting 'Actions > More > Out of Office...' and clicking on Disable button."
The Notes client reports their Out of Office as disabled when the user checks the status by selecting "More->Out of Office" from the Inbox toolbar. However, the agent displays as enabled if checked in the Domino Designer client.
Cause
This issue occurs if all the following criteria are true:
-- The Notes client, Domino server and mail template design are 8.x
-- The user has a fresh (unused) Out of Office profile document and agent
NOTE: This may be a user who has never used their Out of Office agent or their agent and profile document have been recently deleted and the mail file design refreshed.
-- The user has editor level access to their mail file
-- The agent was enabled during the time of the switch to the Out of Office service.
NOTE: An alternate scenario can be you Designer or Manager access to your database. You enable out of office using iNotes. Your administrator switches to the service.
The root issue is if for any reason the agent is enabled and you switch to the service you may encounter this issue.
Resolving the problem
This issue is fixed in 8.5.2.

Workaround
To avoid this issue, you should disable all Out of Office agents before switching to the Out of Office service.
If you've already encountered the issue, workarounds include:
-- Using an agent to disable the out of office agent. See technote #1307609 for an example.
-- Delete the agent and profile document. See technote #1296389 for a diagnostic tool to help with that.
