Maximale Größe des Transaction Log 18GB?

Hallo liebe Mitstreiter,

heute hat sich wieder mal einer meiner Domino-Server 8.0.2 mit dem bekannten "Log file full" verabschiedet.

Ich setze Tivoli TSM for Mail 5.5.2 ein und habe im Serverdokument das Transaction Log auf "Archived" gestellt. Plattenplatz war auch noch mehr als genug vorhanden.

Trotzdem hat der Server bei genau 18,0 GB den Fehler gebracht und war nur noch mit Neustart zum Weitermachen zu bewegen.

Kann man die maximale Größe des Logs noch irgendwie einstellen oder gibt es wirklich eine maximale Größe, von der ich nichts weiß?  :(

Welche Domino-Version? Da gibt es einen Fix in 8.0.1: Domino server PANIC: System Log File is Full. Ev. hat sich der als Regression in 8.0.2 wieder eingeschlichen?

Heißt also, bei 64 Logfiles ist Schluß, egal, wie groß der Plattenplatz ist? Oder gilt das nur für Circular?

Ich hätte das nicht nur auf Circular beschränkt gesehen. Aber im Zweifelsfall einen PMR aufmachen und fragen.
