Replacement of variables fails in some cases

Hello together,

in some types of automatic generated Mails the replacement of variables like "<<supporter>, <<x:ReqNumber>> and <<[@Name([CN];User)]>> fails. E.g. in Mails with "msgTicketClosed" replacement is OK but in in Mails with "msgTicketAssigne" its not.

I have no clue how to fix this.

I am using !!HELP!! v.1.6 with german language.
