Tip: Default File Attachments to Open

Tired of always choosing whether to "Open" or "View" a file attachment in e-mail? The Lotus Notes 8.0.1 client has a new setting that lets you always "Open" an attachment when you double-click it, without getting the Open/View prompt. Just add this to your Notes.ini file:

AttachmentActionDefault=1

And restart your Notes client.

Unglaublich, ich bin aber erst heute darauf gestossen.  :o

Es gibt für die notes.ini Variable AttachmentActionDefault folgende Optionen:

AttachmentActionDefault=1 Defaults to "Open"
AttachmentActionDefault=2 Defaults to "Edit"
AttachmentActionDefault=3 Defaults to "View"
AttachmentActionDefault=4 Defaults to "Save..."

Wenn man die rechte Maustaste anklickt, hat man nach wie vor die alten Möglichkeiten, falls man per Doppelklick nicht die Vorgabeaktion ausführen möchte.

Hallo,
ich habe AttachmentActionDefault=1 seit Notes 8.5 in der Notes.ini, Notes 9.0.1 FP6 ignoriert es aber. Auch wenn ich den Eintrag weit nach vorn oder hinten in die Notes.ini packe. Ist der Paramter für Notes 9 nicht nutzbar oder was mache ich falsch?
