Gibt es brauchbare Alternativen zur Notes-Ressourcen-Datenbank

gennt jemand eine gute Alternative zur Ressourcendatenbank?
Der Funktionsumfang muss mindestens der selbe sein, wie der der standard-Ressourcen-DB.

Und definiere "gut". Was passt Dir am Standard nicht?

Zum Beispiel haben wir das Problem, dass User x eine Besprechnung über seinen persönlichen Kalender plant und dann gleich ewine Ressource mit reserviert.
Die Kollegin Y ist bei uns für alle Reservierungen in der Ressourcen-DB verantwortlich, wenn Sie nun an dieser Ressource/Reservierung etwas ändern möchte hat sie keinen Zugriff.
Sie muss anschließend die Reservierung löschen und mit den neuen Daten anlegen. Laut unserem Rechenzentrum ist das einfach so in der Ressourcen-DB.

Schön wäre auch noch, wenn man ein Ressourcen Datenbank hat, in der man elektronische Fahrtenbücher für PKWs erfassen kann, dieses ist aber KEIN Muss.

Weiters kann man zu einer Ressource einen Owner definieren, der ein bissi was kann:

Specific people -- Click to allow only specified users access to the resource. Enter the names of users allowed to reserve this resource in the List of names field.

Autoprocessing -- Click to allow only specified users and groups access to the resource and to assign a resource owner. Enter the name of the resource owner in the Owner’s name field. The owner is the person or group to whom requests from other users (those not listed in List of names field) are forwarded for approval and processing. Enter the names of users allowed to reserve this resource in the List of names field.

Disable reservations -- Click to prevent users from reserving a resource from a meeting notice and directly from the Resource Reservations database.

Vielleicht hilft Dir der ontime Meetingmanager von qkom weiter. Habe ich mir mal angeschaut, hat ganz intessante Funktionen und ist auf Basis der Ressourcen-Schablone erstellt.
