Scan to PDF mit Lotus Notes

Hallo Walter,

bei FreeXP PDF gibts dazu eine Option in den Pfadangaben.

Könntest Du noch angeben, welches Produkt Du als Scan2pdf einsetzt.

Beim Googeln werden da ja mehrere Produkte angegeben.

Da Du erwähnst, dass das "Senden" ja generell geht, nur nicht aus Deiner Applikation heraus, liegt ja die Vermutung nahe, dass das in der Applikation eingestellt werden kann oder per Registry-Eingriff "umgebogen" werden muss.

Das war bei uns z.B. auch nötig:

Es ist das Scan to PDF von O Imaging.

Hier die Antwort des Supports von O Imaging auf die Anfrage:

"Unfortunately I do not know why Lotus notes is not launching properly from ScanToPDF but it has been reported before.
ScanToPDF is strictly not aware of which mail client to use on a specific machine and relies on the Microsoft MAPI interface to launch the default mail client.
It seems this is not succeeding in this case. Please ensure that Lotus Notes is defined as the default email client.
Please note that to my knowledge, Lotus Notes seems to be the only mail client which exhibits this problem."

Demnächst stellen wir unsere Server um, hier wird dann statt Mapi SMTP gewählt. Könnte das das Problem lösen?

Das ist eine reine Client-Geschichte - und die Clients bekommen von den OS-Einstellungen Eurer Server gar nichts mit.
