DOLS - Message about time difference between server and local

I use iNotes to replicate the .nsf files from the server. During the FIRST syncronization after computer restart always I receive the message:

The current local date and time is ......
The current server date and time is ......
Your local machine and host server are more then 15 minutes apart. This may result in an incomplete syncronization for this subscription.
------------------------------------------------

I receive this message even the local time and the server time are the same and just at first syncronization after restart. The server and local TIME ZONE is GMT+2.This problem appears just when computer change the clock with daylights saving time (summer time)

Please help me
