Das Phänomen tritt (bis jetzt zumindest) nur bei einem User auf....

* Löschen der Cache.ndk
* Arbeitsbereich komprimieren
* Kachel der Mail-DB neu anlegen
Wenn das nicht hilft, erstell mal eine neue Archiv-DB. Als letztes Mittel würde ich den gesamten Client mal neu konfigurieren. Eventuell würde ich auch mal auf die aktuelle Version updaten.

Neue Version wird nicht möglich sein, da grosser Konzern, der Vorgaben erstellt, die absolut einzuhalten sind...
Wir hatten erst vor 6 Monaten das Rollout auf 6.5.4....
Den rest werde ich gleich mal ausprobieren....

Problem

After creating a new folder in a Notes mail database, if the mail database is then archived, the new folder is not moved to the archive.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a new folder in the mail database.
On the destination server, load design (the will refresh the design of the databases).
When the design task is done, archive the mail file.  The folder is not moved to the archive.



Solution
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# LMAN646NJR and has been fixed in Domino 6.5.4 and 6.0.5.  This fix applies to both client based and server based archiving.

Archive
SPR# LMAN646NJR - New folders were not being archived. This problem has been fixed in 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

Please note:  The user may need to recreate the folder after upgrading the client to 6.5.4 before the folder gets archived.

To reproduce this issue:
In a mail database, create a new folder (folder 1).
Create an archive criteria, and move messages that meet your archive criteria to the new folder.
Do an "Archive Now."  The documents and the new folder correctly appear in the Archive database.
In the mail file, create another new folder (folder 2).  Change your criteria to a more recent timeframe (so it will find documents still in your mail file), and put some documents that meet the criteria in new folder 2.
Do an Archive Now.  Documents are archived correctly, but folder 2 is not added to the archive database.

Waiting until the next day before executing step 5 seems to resolve the issue.

So getan wie beschrieben....
Neuer Ordner erscheint...Alles ok...
ABER:
Mails aus dem Posteingang die ich in bereits vorhandenen Ordnern habe, werden nach wie vor NICHT in den Ordner angezeigt...Wie gehabt nur in der Ansicht "Alle Dokumente".....
