gibt es eine Dokumentation der notes.ini, quasi ein Werk welches alle Geheimisse und Möglichkeiten beinhaltet?

ja bei http://drcc.dyndns.biz. Die Seite ist allerdings nicht die schnellste.

Ganz neu gibt es auch eine bei IBM DeveloperWorks:
