Vista und Notes 7.01

Hallo zusammen,

meine ersten  (strahlenden) Versuche mit Vista und Notes sind durch einen Schatten getrübt
Eigentlich gleich 2 Schatten:

1. Manchmal stürzt Notes beim Beenden ab.
2. Ein wundersammer Effekt:
    Wenn ich eine Mail1.box im Administrator öffne
    sehe ich alle wartenden Mails mit falscher Uhrzeit:
    statt z. B.     26.4.2007 14:17 Uhr Absender@absenderer.de  Empfänger@empfänger.de 300,7 KB
    sehe ich       26.4.2007 04:17 Uhr Absender@absenderer.de  Empfänger@empfänger.de 300,7 KB

Alle Mails haben eine falsche Erstellungsuhrzeit.

Und es kommt noch besser:
Im Verlaufsprotokoll einer Mail   ist die Uhrzeit ebenfalls falsch (04:15 UHr statt 14:15 UHr)

Und um dem noch eine Krone aufzusetzen:
Wenn mein Kollege meine Datenbank öffnet und sich das gleiche Verlaufsprotokol ansieht
stimmen die Uhrzeiten (dann steht da im selben Protokoll plötzlich 14:15 Uhr

 

Na ich bin gespannt ob jemand das auch so hat und eine Antwort kennt.
ISt es bei 7.02 besser?

Wir haben Domino 7.01DE   und Clients mit 7.01DE   und mit Schablone 7.01 DE

Notes soll erst ab 7.0.3 Vista unterstützen. Ich befürchte aber, auch da wird man noch die eine oder andere böse Überraschung erleben (warum sollte es Notes anders ergehen als anderen Programmen auf diesem doch noch recht fragwürdigen OS).

Hallo Bernd,

zu Vista kann ich nach 4 Tagen Nutzung nur sagen, das es mir erst ab Tag 3
etwas sympatischer wird.
Interessant fand ich das es beim Update des 1 Jahr alten XP einige Fehler "repartiert" hat.

Z.B. hatte ich seit 2 JAhren auf meine Athlon 64 Board das Problem, das der IE 6 und dann der IE 7
keine Adressen entgegennahm (in der Adresszeile) wenn ich dann in der Googlesuchleiste
die Adresse z.B.  www.adressexy.de eingeb suchte nicht Google danach sondern der Browser zeigte die Ziel Homepage. :-)

Heute ist mir dafür schon 3 x der Desktop (Explorer.exe) abgestürzt Und eine Meldung
fragte ob ich die Explorer.exe beenden und neustarten möchte.
(Vielleicht sollte man doch nicht Updaten sondern "frisch" installieren?!

Problem
What versions of Lotus Notes®, Lotus® Domino® Administrator and Lotus® Domino Designer® will support Microsoft® Windows Vista™ ? Are there any known issues?
 
Solution
Which versions of Notes, Domino Administrator and Domino Designer will be supported on Windows Vista?
Notes 7.0.2, our latest in-market release which shipped in September 2006, is supported on Windows Vista. Since the release of the generally available version of Vista on January 30, 2007, one issue has been identified. It is documented below. If and when other issues are identified, we will evaluate and provide fixes as part of our normal maintenance release processes. Problems encountered in Notes, Domino Designer or Domino Administrator release 7.0.2 can now be reported to IBM Support to be documented and investigated.
Our next maintenance release (Notes 7.0.3) will be fully tested with Windows Vista.
Our upcoming major feature release, Notes 8.0 will be fully tested with Windows Vista.
Due to the broad changes in the Windows Vista release, coupled with the March 2007 release of Notes 6.5.6 (which is the last planned 6.5.x Maintenance Release), support for Windows Vista for 6.5.x is not currently planned.

Note: The 64-bit Editions of Windows Vista are not supported.


Will Lotus® Domino® server be supported on Windows Vista?
No, Windows Vista is a client operating system; therefore, Domino will not be officially supported on Windows Vista. Support for the Windows server operating system, codenamed "Longhorn", is planned for an upcoming release of Domino.

Are there any known issues?

The current version of Notes running on Windows Vista may experience the following problem(s):
Software Problem Report (SPR) # TPEL6UNLQZ: NSD will not run properly if Notes is not running with Administrator privileges. This is also an issue with Windows XP, but the default configuration for Vista is to run programs with restricted privileges.

Note: This document will be updated regularly to summarize any issues found during testing.

Sach ich doch - aber 7.0.3. Da aber Vista noch nicht ganz mit sich selber kompatibel ist, wird es wohl noch ein Weilchen dauern, bevor Notes und Vista ein verlässlich Gespann bilden.
