Email sent on particular "tickettype"

is it possible to send email to some supporter (or specified email address) in a particular case? if the dispatcher get a ticket with a defined "tickettype".

for example:
I've got 4 tickettype. I would like to receive an email if someone insert a ticket of the type 1 (not in case 2, 3 or 4)

no actually this is not possible. Might be a feature for a next release sometimes.
