"Main View" menu modifications

Hi!
I would like to know if it's possible to easily create a "front-view" for the End-Users with only Ticket Menu configured (and no other Tabs on the top left menu).

Something like:
1- "New Ticket" block of menu
2- "Open Ticket" block of menu
3- "Closed Ticket" block of menu

Can I configure all of this through the Configuration Tab?
Or do I have to modify the database module with Domino Designer?
Please, let me know.
