Wie währe es denn hiermit?:
You notice that once every few months, documents that have not been edited do not show up in the calendar views, even though they still have all of the necessary fields.
If the database is moved to another server and Fixup is run, followed by Updall, the documents re-appear in the views. Even after running Updall multiple times on the original server, the documents do not re-appear in the view.
Solution
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# JCHN6DRS62 and was addressed in 6.5.5 and 7.0.1.
Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.5 MR and 7.0.1 fix lists (available at
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus):
Database
SPR# JCHN6DRS62 - Fixed a problem where documents may intermittently not appear in the proper views. To cleanup any databases that may be in this state, you will need to run Fixup -f -j followed by Updall -R.
Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
Supporting Information:
Please note that this is both a server and client fix. However, if the users' databases are accessed on the server rather than local replicas, then the server should be upgraded to avoid the issue. If a local replica is used, a client upgrade is needed.
