Du siehst nur einen Ausschnitt der möglichen Aktionen. Am Besten markierst Du eine (z.B. copy to folder) und drückst Dich dann mit der Cursortaste nach unten. Dann wirst Du sehen, dass noch weitere Aktionen erscheinen werden. U.a. send copy to ;)

Ich befürchte, Natalia sieht da doch alle für sie möglichen Aktionen - sonst gäbe es da noch eine Scroll-Leiste.
Natalia: Welche 6.5er Version setzt Ihr denn konkret ein? Wirklich 6.5 (also 6.5.0)? Es kann sein, dass es in dieser Version "Send copy to" noch nicht gab. Dann sollte so und so ein Update stattfinden.

Problem

What does the "User Rules Mail Forwarding" field in the Server Configuration document do?



Solution
In Domino 6, the Administrator can prevent Notes clients from using the "Send copy to" rule action.  This setting, a field called "User Rules Mail Forwarding", can be found in the Server Configuration document under the Router/SMTP tab -> Restrictions and Controls sub-tab -> Delivery Controls sub-tab.  The default setting is "Enabled", which allows the Router "Send copy to" action for Notes client mail rules.  This allows users to send copies of messages automatically to other recipients.

If set to "Disabled", the Router prevents Notes clients from using the "Send copy to" rule action and the following will be written to the LOG.NSF:

"Router: Admin has disabled auto mail forwarding of message 0069TED3 by Jane Doe/IBMBETA@DOMAIN."

The intended recipient (the user running the mail rule) will get the message, but will not get any indication that the message was not sent to the other user.

User rules mail forwarding
Notes users can create mail file rules that automatically process new mail. User mail rules specify an action to take on newly-delivered messages that meet certain conditions. Use this field to specify whether the Router on this server supports the rule action to send copies of selected messages automatically to other recipients. Choose one:
Enabled - The Router supports the "Send copy to" action for Notes client mail rules, allowing users to send copies of messages automatically to other recipients.
Disabled  - Prevents Notes clients from using the "Send copy to" rule action.


Damit kann man dann bspw. Ping-Pong-Mails verhindern.

Ich dachte aber nicht, dass dann auch die Auswahlliste in der Regel manipuliert wird. Aber vielleicht hat man da auch programmtechnisch in die Mailschablone eingegriffen.

Also: In meiner Mail ist das alles hardcodiert (wie sollte es auch anders sein). Also wird das jemand in der Maske (RulesDlg) | Mailrule geändert haben.

Aber seit wann gibt es "Send copy to", Andreas? Die fehlende Möglichkeit des Sendens einer Kopie war lange beklagt, das ist mir erinnerlich, aber wann wurde es eingeführt?
