Text einfügen aus Word in neue e-mail

Hallo,

folgendes Problem hat einer unserer Mitarbeiter mit Lotos notes Vers. 5.0.12

Der Mitarbeiter möchte Textzeilen etc. aus anderen Anwendungen (Word/excel etc) in eine neue email kopieren.

Er markiert die entsprechenden Zeilen (Kontextmenue/kopieren), wechselt in das Textfeld der neuen e-mail (Kontextmenue/einfügen).

Er erhält daraufhin folgende Fehlermeldung:


Es ist ein nicht behebbarer Fehler aufgetreten.

ASSERT(pNewBox->BoxSig==BOX_SIG) fehlgeschlagen, Zelle 391 in Datei
d\dmisc.c

Drücken Sie die Eingabetaste, um die Ausführung dieses Programms abzubrechen..

Copying MS Word Document into Notes R5 Causes Crash with Red Box / NLNOTES.EXE Errors

Problem
A customer copies a WordPerfect document into MS Word 2000 and then attempts to copy and paste it into a Notes 5.0.3 database; however, the following red box error displays:
"Sorry an unrecoverable error has occurred (pMewBox- Boxs2= Boxz - sig)"

If the same Word document is copied into a rich text field using a blank template on Notes 5.0.5, the red box error is as follows:
"Sorry an uncorrectable error has occurred
ASSERT(pNewBox->BoxSig == BOX_SIG) failed at line 391 in file d\dmisc.c
Press ENTER to abort the application"
When clicking the red box away, the customer sees a normal Windows error box with the following message:

"NLNOTES.EXE - application Error
The exception Breakpoint
A Breakpoint has been reached
(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location0x77f7629c...."

The system must then be rebooted.
 
Solution
This issue has been reported to Lotus Quality Engineering.

When the Word document is stripped down, it appears that one particular table is causing the problem. When deleting that table and reconstructing it, the error is avoided and everything copies normally in Notes.
