Das scheint ein Notes Bug zu sein. Ich kenne das, wenn ich bspw. das Design einer Ansicht ändere und im Notes Client hat jemand/ich die Ansicht offen. Dann werden plötzlich nur noch Speicherkonflikte angezeigt.

Das sagt die KBASE:

Problem

 After you attempt to upgrade the design of an IBM Lotus Notes database (such as when upgrading the design of a mail database), you notice in a view of the database that all documents appear to be Replication conflicts.

This has been observed when using Replace Design from the Notes Client, as well as when using the Design task or Convert task on the mail server.  In most cases this occurs when the mail database is open on a Notes client.  If the database is closed and re-opened the documents appear as expected and the documents are again normal in appearance and are not true Replication or Save conflicts.




This issue was reported to Quality Engineering, and addressed in Notes 6.0.

Note: The issue can still be observed when using the Load Convert task to upgrade the design of mail files which are opened on the Notes Client.

Workaround:
Close and re-open the database.

Ich würde mal zunächst den Namen der Gestaltungsschablone aus den Datenbankeigenschaften entfernen.
