Address Book View      Used by:
($ACLMonitors)      Obsolete - used in V3, but remains for backward compatibility.  We supply an action routine which gets the Administration Process to delete when completely upgraded to R4
($AdminP)      New in V4 - used by Administration process to find names.
($Certifiers)      Used by Registration of certifiers, administration tools, and could be used to mail to certifier but this may be broken
($Clusters)      New in V4 - used by servers in a cluster to find other members
($Connections)      Used by Net to determine scheduling and connectivity
($CrossCertByName)      Used by Reg when creating a new cross cert.  
($CrossCertByRoot)      Used by authentication and to build certificate name tables
