I'd like to  add restriction for user1 thet he can send a messages   only on lotus  network and he can heve an access to  mail with ssl

Did you use Domino Web Mail? Or the Notes Client?

To setup SSL you need to create a ssl-key, can be done with the Notes Client and a web browser. But that's no offical kye, the user has to accept the key when get in touch with the ssl based side.

HI,

OK setup a SSL Key for your notes Server. After that enable SSL in the Server document, or web site configuration document. Restart the http task.

To disallow a user to send mail to the internet, modify the configuration document:
Router/SMTP - SMTP Outbound Controls
Deny messages from the following Notes Addresses to be sent to the internet:
