Problem
A customer has a customized application that contains documents and Profile documents, all with Author/Reader Names. When they run the Administration Process (AdminP) rename (because a user's name has changed), the documents are properly updated, but the Profile documents are not updated.
Solution
The rename AdminP function will not look for Profile documents. Mail files represent a special case, but other applications will not have their Profile documents updated by the rename function.
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# WBLD666DVJ (an enhancement request), asking that:
If Profile documents contain Reader, Author or Names fields, users in these fields should be renamed by AdminP.
If a database contains "personal" profiles, theses profiles should be reassigned to the renamed user by AdminP.
