ja. Es sin aber WEB User.

Ich habe folgendes gefunden:

Problem
The following error occurs in the Domino server's LOG.NSF database for a particular person after moving their mail file using the Administration Process (AdminP):

"The Administration Process is waiting for new mail fields in Admin/AB's person document; will check again at <date/time>."
Additionally, the following error is seen on the Domino server console:

08/31/2004 09:03:31 AM Admin Process: Received the following error performing a Monitor New Mailfile Fields request on UserA/Org. Waiting for new mail fields in UserA/Org person document. Will try to process this request again at 08/31/2004 09:03:31 AM.

Cause

Solution
This issue can occur when the user's mail file has been moved from one server to another, and the user has not logged on to the original server.

The Administration process is waiting for the user to logon and authenticate to the old server so it can push down the new server information to the user's location document (NewMailFile and NewMailServer fields).

This error may also be encountered, when Domino Web Access users are moved from one server to another, and the users are not using the Notes client to access the old server. In this case, the steps described below may be taken to remove the requests after confirming that the Person document has been updated and the mail file has been moved.

If the user has never authenticated on the original server prior to being moved to the new server, this error occurs because AdminP cannot update the location Document.

Specifically, the request that will generate the error above is the "Monitor New Mailfile fields" request. This request is carried out on the new mail server. In this case, the request fails is because the new mail file fields are not in the Person document on the new mail server. One of the responsibilities of the "Monitor New Mailfile fields" request is to verify that the "new mail file" and "new mail server" fields are in the person document. If the ADMIN4.NSF replicates to the new mail server, but the NAMES.NSF has not replicated, then you will have a situation in which the "monitor new mail file fields" request attempts to process on the new mail server, but cannot because the new mail file and new mail server fields that have been added to the Person document on the "admin server" have not yet been pushed down to the new mail server. The reason why the fields would only be on the admin server and need to be pushed to other servers is because the request that adds the fields, " Add new mail file fields", is carried out on the "Administration server".

If the user's location documents are fine, and they are able to open the mail database, you no longer need the information pushed to the user, and you can simply delete the entries in the Administration Requests DB, resolving the error. Or you can manually update the user's location documents and then delete the entries if the user's location documents need to be updated still.

Supporting Info:

The "Add new mail file fields" request adds the "New mail file" and "New mail server" fields to the Person document. Afterwards, it generates the "Monitor new mail file fields" request. This request verifies that the "New" fields were added to the Person document on the new mail server and that the router can route the mail to the server. It then generates the "Replace mail file fields" request. This request is responsible for removing the "New mail file" and "New mail server" fields from the Person document, and adding the "Old mail file" and "Old mail server" fields to the Person document. In addition, it sets a flag in the Person document to update the client when the user authenticates. So, when the user finally authenticates to their home mail server, their location documents are updated with the "new mail file" and "new mail server" information.

Replace mail file fields
Triggered by: Completion of the "Monitor new mail file fields" request.

Carried out on: The administration server for the Domino Directory.

Carried out: Immediately

Result: New mail server information is added to fields. Removes "New" fields from the Person document. Places "Old Mail File" and "Old Mail Server" fields in the Person document. The server sets a flag in the Person document to update the client.

Note The user must now access their home server through the desktop so that the Notes Dialup Connection and Location documents in the Personal Domino Directory are updated with the new mail file and new mail server information. After the Personal Domino Directory is updated, Notes creates a "Push changes to new mail server" request, which initiates the mail file delete sequence on the old mail server. If the user accesses the home server exclusively through the Replicator, the Personal Domino Directory is not updated and the "Push changes to new mail server" request is not created.

nochmal ich zu dem gleichen Fehler:

einen User von Server a nach neuen Server b verschoben, alles vom adminp umgestellt. neue Mail Replik wurde angelegt, das Personendokument geändert,....

nur die Fehlermeldung:

Admin Process: Received the following error performing a Monitor New Mailfile Fields request on User XY/DE/xxx.  Waiting for new mail fields in User XY/DE/xxx's person document.  Will try to process this request again at 14.05.2008 10:26:24.

Hast Du das "may also" überlesen?

Hat sich der User denn schon mal an der ALTEN Location angemeldet?
Erst dann werden die Felder im Location Document ( Mail Server / Mail File ) gesetzt.
Wenn dort alles i.O. ist kannst du den AdminP Request getrost löschen.
