Problem
Is the Notes Client Single Logon feature supported when used on a terminal services client? For example, can you use this feature on a Microsoft Windows NT Terminal Server Client or in a Citrix Metaframe environment?
Solution
The Notes Client Single Logon feature is currently not supported on any client that is not installed locally on the user's workstation. An enhancement request for this new functionality has been submitted to Quality Engineering as SPR# TKAA5AVBNX.
To disable this feature in the Notes client, use the following steps:
Select Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
Launch Administrative tools and open Computer Management.
Expand "Services and Applications" and select Services.
In the right-hand window, select Lotus Notes single Logon, right-click, and select Properties.
For Startup type, select Disabled and click OK.
NOTE: This feature is referred to in the Lotus Notes and Domino Administrator Help as "Synchronizing your password".
