       A: The error is caused by a synchronization problem between the main Notes client process and the process that's performing the printing. If you uncheck the "Process Print requests as a background task" option in the Notes client's Preferences, you can avoid the error.

You can use a Desktop Policy on the Domino server to push this preference to the Notes users in an organization. The preference is located in the Desktop Settings document, in the Preferences tab and Miscellaneous sub-tab.
