Hallo,
evtl. das hier?
Auszug KB:
You find that in some cases attachments cannot be edited or deleted, and the Edit and Delete options under the Attachment Properties are grayed out. One example where this occurs is with attachments within meeting invitations.
Solution:
The Edit and Delete attachment operations are not available in cases where the Rich Text field is computed. Notes is working as currently designed in this area.
This issue, relative to the mail template's Notice form usage, has been reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering for further review.
Workaround:
Rather than use a computed field use an editable field. If that is not desired for all cases then make a copy of the form which uses an editable Rich Text field. This second form can be used to view/edit the document by opening the document and then use the menu View -> Switch Form, and select the second form.
Gruß
Daniel
