Hi heulesuse,
ich kann so schlecht Deine Versionen erkennen daher:
Problem
You see no indication that you have received new mail. When working in your Inbox, the refresh icon does not appear. If you switch to the All Documents view, however, you do see new messages. You may also notice that a document appears to be read when you have not opened it.
This problem occurs intermittently.
Solution
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Domino 5.0.11. The issue occurs only under specific conditions, and intermittently. For example, if Compact runs on a mail file while mail is being routed to that file, you may see this behavior where mail does not appear in the Inbox for some messages. During testing, the issue occurred for approximately one out of eighty messages routed to the mail file. It is a server-specific issue, so you need only upgrade the server to resolve the issue.
Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 5.0.11 MR fix list (available at
http://www.lotus.com/ldd ):
Server - Database 5.0 - Headlines
SPR# DKAZ56EQPQ - Fixed a problem with modified documents not being found by unread marks, view refreshes and other mechanisms that act on modified documents.
For Domino releases prior to 5.0.11, it is recommended that the Compact task not be run while Router is running. One way to accomplish this is to create a Program document that stops the Router task before Compact starts.
Supporting Information
One way to reproduce this issue is to create a scheduled agent to send a mail message to a specific mail file every five minutes. Next, set up a Program document to run NCompact (the Compact task) every ten minutes. As noted above, with this testing the issue occurred for approximately one out of eighty messages routed to the mail file.
When a document is added to a Notes database, such as a mail file, the note modified log is updated with a sequence identification. The issue occurs when the sequence is not updated properly.
Gruss
