Abstürze im Notes

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin Notes-Neuling. Wir haben auf die Version 6.5.2  umgestellt. Die Anwender arbeiten gemischt. Einige mit PC (W2k) und andere mit Igel und Thintune-Clients auf Terminalservern. Und genau da haben wir immer wieder bei einzelnen Usern Abstürze von Notes. Diese sind nicht reproduzierbar und meist unterschiedlich. So stürzt der eine beim öffnen des Addressbuches ab, der andere beim öffnen des Kalenders eines Kollegen und ein dritter beim weiterleiten einer Mail..... Dabei spielt es auch keine Rolle, ob ICA-Client vom Citrix oder RDP-Client verwendet wird.
Ich weiß jetzt nicht ob noch mehr Info´s gebraucht werden. Vieleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee wo man suchen kann.

Was ist der NSD? Meist kommen keine Fehlermeldungen. Eine hab ich jedoch.. ellenlang, deshalb hier nur der Anfang.

der Fehler "Zugriff verweigert" lässt vermuten, dass die Zugriffsberechtigungen eventuell nicht sauber konfiguriert wurden. Haben denn die Citrix-Admins sich schon das Prob. angesehen?

nein aber die Abstürze sind ja auch wenn die Verbindung über RDP läuft.
Aber ich denke, wir müssen bei den Berechtigungen wirklich schauen.

der Fehler "Zugriff verweigert" kommt daher das der User nur Leserecht auf auf dem Programmverzeichnis hat.

Es gibt eine Technote die dies gut beschreibt.
