Da brauchst Du einen LotusScript Agenten, der Dir das Profil-Dokument öffnet und dann entfernt. Etwa so:

dim s as new notessession
dim db as notes database
dim doc as notesdocument

set db=s.currentDatabase
set doc=db.getprofiledocument("roaminguserid - File")
call doc.remove(true)
