Versuche es doch vielleicht erst einmal mit:

set tempdoc = doc.CopyTodatabase(targetdb)

statt

Call doc.CopyTodatabase(targetdb)

habe ich auch schon probiert.
Gleiche Fehlermeldung ;-(

         Set tmpdoc = doc.CopyTodatabase(targetdb)
         tmpdoc.Abteilung = Inputbox$("Bitte zuständige Abteilung eingeben:", "Abteilung eingeben","-")
         tmpdoc.Form = "Kontaktformular_"
         doc.Type = "Kontaktformular_"
         tmpdoc.Type = "Kontaktformular_"
         Call tmpdoc.Save(True, True)
