I tried to contact you via phone regarding this PMR:16652,032,724 and could
not reach you.
Can you provide me with the below information:
1* Copy of database causing problem (The OS Copy)
2* Steps by Steps to help me to reproduce the issue.
I was able to access your domino Forum but I is not enough to help us to
find out what is going wrong

=> Are you using notes client or Domino server R5? Because cache.dsk is for
R5
=> Is the problem still occurring or it's fixed after deleting the
cache.dsk
Without the above information it will be difficult for us to continue
working on this pmr: 16652,032,724
