Hmm, bei meiner Installation wollte mNotes mehrmals repliziert werden.

folgende Mail bekam ich vom Support von mNotes zum Thema, vielleicht kann das jemand von euch auch mal gebrauchen.
If only the address book is being replicated it is possible that mNotes cannot see your mailfile.

By default mNotes replicates with the mailfile specified in the currently selected Notes location record. This means that if you are using e.g. the location Office in Lotus Notes (where the mailfile is on the server), then mNotes will replicate with your server based mailfile. If you change to e.g. a Home location, which specifies a local mailfile, mNotes will replicate with the local mailfile replica.

If you find that this does not work, then the most likely reason is that the Lotus Notes location record is not correctly configured. Although Lotus Notes will still work in this scenario, mNotes needs the location record to be correct.

To check the location settings, please do the following:
1. Go to Lotus Notes, open your mail file and then use the menu to do File > Database > Properties. 
2. Make a note of the Server and Filename entries.
3. Open the current location record by going to File > Mobile > Edit current...  and then go to the 'Mail' tab.
4. Compare the entries in the 'Mail file location' and 'Mail file' fields with the Server and Filename information you noted from the database properties in step 2.
5. To fix the problem, change the entries in the Location document so that they exactly match the ones in the database properties for your mail file.
A common problem is that the 'Mail file' setting in the  location record specifies a 'mail' subfolder (e.g. 'mail\myname.nsf') when the mailfile is actually located directly in the Notes data folder.  If this is the case, change the 'Mail file' value to 'myname.nsf' (i.e. remove the 'mail\' part).

Was ich hier bei uns festgestellt habe, dass nicht repliziert wurde (allerdings kam auch keine Fehlermeldung) wenn NOtes gestartet war, bzw. ein anderes Programm (CTI) zugriff hatte.
Notes beendet und dann lief es wieder.

hmm ich hatte auch mal mnotes einsetzen wollen aber das hat nie funktioniert :( bei mir lag es glaub ich entweder an den Notes Namen oder aber am Nutzernamen am Palm, aber der support war wirklich gut. (hatte damals mal die ganze palette getestet (pylon, mnotes, wasweisichnoch), bin dann eigentlich bei easysync von notes gelandet und hatte seitdem auch keine nennenswerten probleme meh

...und Du arbeitest wirklich auch mit wiederholenden Terminen welche verschoben werden, oder einzelne herausgelöscht werden, oder von einer anderen Persone (z.B. Sekretärin) bei Dir im Kalender eingetragen werden?
