How to remove duplicates from Notes address book

Does anyone have insight on how to remove duplicate names from the Notes address book? This is for the 5.09a client. We had a Palm sync give us an unexpected result and now there are 2 of every contact.

This could be done manually but the address book I'm dealing with has a few hundred names...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

create a View an use @Created in the first Column (sorted). The duplicate Entries have an actual Creation Date.

hi, danke für die Antwort zwei User nutzen den PC hier und somit auch den Account.
Mein Kollege spricht kein Wort Deutsch, mir ist das egal ob English oder Deutsch.

Aber ich werde ihn drauf hinweisen, das er es doch lieber mich in Deutsch schreiben lassen soll.

Und da die Accounts hier nix kosten, warum nicht jedem einen eigenen Account gönnen? Ansonsten wird die Kommunikation irgendwann einmal gestört und man wundert sich dann.
