Programmdokumente starten nicht

Danke für Eure Beiträge. An den Programmdokumenten habe ich die Vorschläge ausprobiert. Leider ohne positives Ergebnis.

Das macht mich doch ein wenig stutzig.
Wenn es nicht an falsch eingerichteten Dokumenten liegt, scheint die Ursache tiefer zu liegen. Kann bei der Installation/Konfiguration des Servers ein Fehler gemacht worden sein? ???

wir haben seit einigen Wochen ebenfalls das Problem auf einem unserer Server (R 5.0.9).

Die Lösung habe ich jetzt gerade bei Lotus gefunden :

Problem
It has been found that Program documents do not start after initial Domino R5.x server startup, if there is a database link in a Directory Assistance document.
 
 
Solution
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Domino 5.0.10 and Domino 6.0.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 5.0.10 MR fix list (available at http://www.notes.net):

Directory Services

    * SPR# KGUT4YWDYZ - Provided a fix so that program documents would getting initialized properly. This intermittent problem is fixed in 5.0.10.


To work around the issue, use the server name and database path instead of a database link in the Directory Assistance document.

Supporting Information:

It appears that during the load of the Directory Assistance documents and Program documents, the in-memory picture of the stored schedules become corrupt. The in-memory picture represents the scheduled task that the server must perform, as well as some other entries, like directory assistance. A Directory Assistance document with a database link corrupts this structure, and the scheduler does not recognize the Program document (which is now in memory) anymore.

Danke für den Artikel, Ingo.
Ich musste mich erst mal belesen, was es mit dem Directory Assistance document auf sich hat. Da der Domino Server bei mir auf einer Maschine läuft, ist keine Verzeichnisverwaltung konfiguriert. Und weil ich davon auch keine Ahnung habe, werde ich lieber die Finger weg lassen.
