Genau das war es - bei der Anlage der DB mit einem buggy / falschen Template wurden bei den "Freie Zeit"-Werten bei der Erstellung der DB übernommen. Bis das nicht manuell korrigiert wurde, konnten den Preferences nicht manuell abgespeichert werden.
Sowas passiert (bei bestimmten Templates) zum Beispiel, wenn die Zeit-Einstellungen des OS nicht mit den Vorgaben vom Template zusammen passen.

Hoffentlich ist das auch bei Euch die Ursache, Jürgen.
