You have created a mail rule using the "Subject is" condition, and the subject text criteria to be met is in all upper case or mixed case. When you actually receive mail with this subject, however, you find that the rule is determined to be true only of the subject is actually in all lower case.
For example, you create the following rule:
"When subject is TEST, then move to folder "ABC"
However, only messages whose subject is the all lower case "text" are moved to the folder. Messages whose subjects are all upper case (TEST) or mixed case (Test) are not moved to the ABC folder.
