controlled section doesn't works properly into a copied Mail doc

I just copied a mail doc from INBOX to a custom DB. I have modified the Memo form from the custom DB - I have added a controlled section with the following hide script:
@If(editable="1"; owner;"Nobody")

It works if I use this in another form but with the Memo form, other users can edit the content of the controlled section even they aren't specified into the owner names field !

where I have wrong ?
